This guitar really isn’t that great…
I got it like 2 years ago and at first I liked it, but only cause it was that “awesome new guitar”. Now that I’ve gotten better and more serious about my playing, as well as started playing shows with my band, I’m starting to actuall despise it. The tone kinda sucks and the neck is heavier then the body so without strap locks and a good strap it leans. So basically this guy is bullshitting his way through this.
with goods amp and preamp with the epiphone, you can have a really good sound with the epiphone, i will post a long demo of 5minutes in the next 10 days, if someone wanna to see, suscribe my channel or come in some days
Epiphone sg g400’s are awesome. idk wtf ur talking about by “me and my friend both had one”, sounds like bullshit to me. i have a shitty amp and my epiphone sg sounds great on it once i get everything to the right setting.
oh, ya no boubt they are worth the $300 bucks but I think if your looking for quality sound Epiphone SG’s aren’t the way to go but if you like it totally get one …depends wether you like the sound or not….and im not sure if my friend got his set up or not.
Im not saying this because of the video…I had one and my friend has one we both think the price is way not worth it…..and the one I had I used a Hughes & Kettner switchblade amp so personaly I think they suck.
this guy just sucks and does not know what hes talking about, there good guitars, but if u don’t have a good amp (he probably running it to like a 15W line 6) it will sound like crap.

There’s a HUGE delay to get them new at the moment though due to the new Gibson factory being built in Germany.
I had to wait 4 months after ordering mine for it to arrive, however I did order it straight from the factory.

The SGs dosent have bad tone! Its almost the same as an Les Paul. He just has a shity AMP.
